Toledo Construction Members Highlighted by WTOL TV

The community outreach efforts of two hardworking members of the Toledo Northwest Ohio Building Trades were recently highlighted in videos shot by Toledo News Now (WTOL News 11).

RodriguezIBEW Local 8‘s Ed Rodriguez, a professional electrician for 32 years, spends his free time bettering his local community in various ways. When not serving as a Eucharistic Minister at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, Rodriguez mentors local youths through the Boy Scouts and recreational basketball.

SpangenbergMike Spangenberg, journeyman roofer for Roofers Local 134, gives back to the Northwest Ohio community by acting as a volunteer for the EMS squad of the Village of North Baltimore, which has experienced major emergency medical technician shortages in the past. Spangenberg also spent many years coaching baseball and softball in the area.
